By using or otherwise accessing the The DEI Collective (“Services”) or any component thereof, in any manner whatsoever, you agree to be bound by and comply with the terms and conditions of this terms & conditions. If you do not agree to these terms & conditions, do not access or use the Services in any manner.
When we refer to the "use" of the Services in this document, we mean any actual or attempted access or use of the Services, including, without limitation, any transmission, exchange of information or communication associated with the Services.
We may add, delete or modify any of our Services and the schedule at any time at our sole discretion. We may similarly change these terms & conditions at any time, and we will notify you of any changes. Changes will take effect once we notify you ("effective date"). If any change is not acceptable to you, you must stop using the Services. Your use of the Services after the effective date shall constitute your acceptance of such changes. If any new products or Services become available, they will be considered a part of the Services and your use of them will be governed by the terms and conditions unless we notify you that different terms and conditions apply. You must also comply with any additional terms which apply to third-party content, material, information, software or other Services.
You are responsible for ensuring that your use of the Services complies with all applicable laws and regulations. You agree not to use the Services for any unlawful purpose or to convey any illegal content.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, in no event shall Aon or People Matters be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the Services, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.
Our Services may contain links to third-party websites. We do not control, and are not responsible for, the content or practices of these websites. Any reliance on the materials found on such websites is at your own risk.
Neither party shall be liable for any delays or failures in performance caused by circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, war, terrorism, labor disputes, or government actions.
Data Confidentiality:
Participating organizations must consent to provide relevant DEI data to participate in the ‘DEI Pulse Assessment’, ‘Bi-annual Research’ and ‘DEI Awards’. The organization expressly consents to the collection, use and inclusion of this data. To ensure confidentiality, the data will be presented only in an aggregated, anonymized format. People Matters and Aon agrees to implement all necessary and reasonable safeguards to ensure compliance with applicable privacy laws. Failure to provide the required data or refusal to grant the necessary consent will result in the organization’s ineligibility to access the relevant offerings listed above.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the strict confidentiality of your IDs and for any charges, damages, liabilities, or losses incurred or suffered as a result of failure to do so. We are not liable for the theft or disclosure of your IDs, or your authorization to allow another person to access and use the Services using your IDs. You agree to immediately notify us if you become aware of any unauthorized use of your IDs or other need to deactivate an ID due to security concerns. Your email, password, and any additional codes or passwords are collectively referred to herein as "IDs". Your IDs are personal to you.

Any report deliverables generated under this is for private circulation only and cannot be shared with or distributed to any third parties without People Matters or Aon’s prior written consent.
All research insights and materials provided to you as part of your membership offer are for your private use only and must not be used directly or indirectly for commercial purposes of any kind without our prior written consent.

All payments should be made within 20 days from the date of invoice.
The membership and the associated value are valid only for 1 year from the date of onboarding.
Additional Costs: Services related to Inclusion Labs, DEI Solutions (discounted for members), DEI certification are charged on actuals and are not covered under the prescribed membership fee.
Non-refundable Fee: The fee is non-refundable and must be paid in full at the time of joining The DEI Collective.
